National Institute of Justice Provides all kinds of useful services and tools for corrections, which in the arena of suicide prevention includes technical assistance, training, publication of articles, downloadable videos, and hosting of internet discussion groups. It also funds the Jail Suicide/Mental Health Update.
Desert Waters - Correctional Oasis Newsletter A non-profit dedicated to increase the occupational, personal, and family well-being of corrections and detention staff. Their publication "Correctional Oasis" has included several articles about suicide prevention (archives at their web site) and subscriptions are free.
